1. i cut the earth in the form of the lower part of the lamp.
2. created some cracks with the dodge tool.
3.some lights with the poligonal lasso tool and filled them with different colors.
5. Added the frame and a texturizer-sandstone effect
6. Duplicate all the layers in a new group and then added a green blending color.

I'm certain that if pigs could fly, this would happen to at least one.

Used threshold, gaussian blur, and a little opacity.
