vey nice work!. at his knee is a lil spot where i think is his cape but you colored it blue like the suite, it kinda makes his knee look deformed.. (for the viewer the left knee)

very much a cartoon.. (I'd equalize the stroke lines so they line up better.. the lines lack of unity might cost you vote points.. but definitely a cartoon.. IMHO) great job and good luck
