Everything is blur in this picture... Try getting a picture where either the background or the people are in focus....

Well the pole of the bridge, and the bridge itself are not blurry. Although the snow may look blurry, it might just be the texture or angle. Thanks for pointing that out anyway. Artistically speaking, the concept of the contest is to either capture whatever in a blur, or the backround. The backround is crisp to me.
