Wow how wonderfully vast is this image and one could do a lot of walking on a sunny day. I think if you had followed the horizontal cut rule of photography you would have a stronger photograph with more impact on the dunes. Cutting an image in half like that makes it a little less exciting visually....however, rules are for fools as they say and this may have been your artistic choice. A bit more contrast would have highlighted the dunes...the bends and shadows. I like the gentle pastel colour palette....a gentle photograph. Very nice.
What photography horizontal cut rule? the horizon is not in the middle... Do you mean that my third is not a real third? there you're rignt
2/3 and 1/3 is "old school" think I'm giving myself away. Here is more information for you http://www.mujahidurrehman.com/the-rule-of-thirds-in-photography/
Yes, your third is not a real third...but hey, I always bow to artistic prerogative.
Just for you and for Mujahidureehman, I've cut out my pretty little cloud.
.......and I thought I was hallucinating. Yeah, don't you like it better too?
I'm not hallucinated but yes I do
