Doesn't look like it's enforced.
Well, they wrote:
" Forbidden swimming / Hydro-bicycle corridor (or lane) / accident danger"!
So, no trespassing!
So basically swimming at your own risk?
No! Forbbiden is forbidden... like : You may not swim in that area, you don't have permission to step in that area, not allowed to go in that area...etc
But not enforced.
Well for what it's worth it's a creative take on the theme and I'm sure if the sign said something different someone would have said something by now so good luck.
