This is really lice - My only nit-pick is that the plane maybe should be composed in the lower left instead of the upper right but it is still good and fits the theme completely.

As I recall, it is a spot offset above the pear which is placed on a simple whiteboard.
Very minor tweaks to contrast/gamma.
I use no advanced photoshop tools in any of my work.
I prefer natural/existing lighting whenever possible.
