The C-130 is also the only military aircraft to remain in continuous production for 50 years (as of 1956.) This aircraft could well be as old as it's pilots father. Picture was taken from near the departure end of a 10,000 foot runway as the airplane was practicing "touch and go" landings. (5 years and 3392 days ago)
