This shot is not so good, mainly because the sun is right above you and makes a blown out look. The car description on the left bottom corner is really distracting as well.

Personally I feel the DoF is too shallow, I think the entire car should be crisp and the backgruond oof

Yup, but it's you who makes the picture. So in that case it's you who decides what you want with the photo (DoF, OoF, etc) . Good luck!
