Used the burn tool to give the arm some definition and a quideline.

began painting with black and white, then used the mixer brush tool to blen the colors together.

drew the body and neck using the pen tool. I also duplicated the hand and arm and flipped it horizontally and put it on the right side of the image.

used the mixer brush tool to smooth out the bow tie. Added the top hat to the image.

added an orange and yellow background to the image, and used the mixer brush tool to smooth out the hat. I also drew eyeballs using the tutorial I listed in my sources

drew the mustache using the brush tool. I then used the smudge tool to create fine hairs on the edge of the mustache. I then painted a bit of white on the mustache and used the mixer brush tool to blend the white and black.

duplicated the mustache and placed it on the right side. Added a gradient overly on the background.
