The wine in the glass is a linear gradient. Here you can see the forming of the glass's stem.

The background is gradient and solid color filled sections created with the rectangle marquee tool.the leaf is from the shapes pallet.

Banana is a rectangle marquee shape filled with color. A separate layer with fiber render filter opacity low. Assorted FX modes applied. Shaped with warp, puppet warp and the eraser to refine the shape.

The plate is another ellipse with bevel/emboss FX, it was duplicated and the second copy was positioned to give the plate depth.

Wine bottle is a rectangle shape filled with gradient. The label is also rectangle shapes with text and a custom shape included with PS.
