First I copied the grass image several times, blended it with a soft big eraser and used a lot of cloning.
To make the transition between the grass and the heaven a bit smoother, I used the grass standard brush and pick two colours from the grass. With this brush I painted over the edge.

I blended the heart shaped leaves with the flower and changed the colour of the leaves later on via levels, so they fit better and suit the colour of the flower. For the final image I also copied the stem, to make the flower larger and give it a tiny round shape...

... what you can see here. Furthermore I made the first part of the swing. (I didn't use the original ropes for the swing, but replaced them with metal ropes from another swing.)

The heart the bear is holding is made out of the flower with liquify. I used a soft brush to blend the bear with the grass.

I cloned out the roses, that were on the dress from the girl and added the tulips with blending mode of overlay.

For the final look, I added a yellow to transparent gradient, set the blending mode to overlay and the opacity to 30%.
After that I copied the layer, used gaussian blur and set the bledning mode to soft light with a opacity of 70%.
