I made the face cards using the king and queen cards as a starting point. I changed them by using the clone tool, pen tool, paint and liquify.

I used paint on the card shadows and feathers, warp on the skirt, adjustment layers on the cliff and castle and finished by using a warm photo filter on the man and woman

Warp on the fan butterflies and I painted the balloons
