Cut out globe.

Duplicated layer and applied inner glow.

Resized layer with inner glow, made it smaller. Duplicated layer with globe and placed it under inner glow layer. Original globe layer on top of inner glow layer with overlay properties. Used brush to make a slight blue haze around it.

Painted the cracks. Duplicated image and flip vertical.

Background. Cut pasted the upper part of the image, and then flipped vertical to create the reflection.

Used a gradient mask on the reflection layer, and then under it created new layer painted blue.

Merged globe and background reflections.

Motion blur.

Created waves that I used as a dislocation map for the reflection.

On final image I applied gradient colours with properties set to hard light. Dodge and burn.
