Asseble flowers using the petals that you made in the first layer.

Use Adjustment layer to change the colors of each color of each flower.

Use Edit>Transform>Scale and Perspective to change the flowers a bit.

Select the Bowl shape. Select Filter>Texture>Mosaic. Tweak the setting to your liking.

Place flower in the bowl. Merge all but the background layer.

Return to Tunnel Image. Create New Layer. Select Filter>Render>Clouds.

Overlay.

Merge Down.

Select Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur.

Copy and paste this layer into flower layer at the bottom.

Select Flower Layer. Select Layer>Layer Style>Gradient Overlay. Select Orange to Blue gradient.

Merge Layers.
