Absolutely Awesome Entry......... I have seen it in PST.......Good Luck Author. Reply »
Thanks guys for your gracious comments. I would loved to have provided a sbs, but the computer I originally did this on is not in service at the moment. It is basically a cut and paste, with a lot of attention to the blending. I believe the sepia effect is from a gradient map or from hue/saturation. Kinda hard to remember without viewing the layers. Thanks again! Reply »
i remember this one, its very beautiful, am glad that i had the opportunity to comment on it
i'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your great old entries

I have listed all sources except for the bridge. The bridge was designed by me for a 1vs1 contest on the previous PST site. I used an image of an old rock tunnel provided for the challenge contests. I no longer have the image and have no way of knowing how to find it. I hope someone will remember this image and can vouch for me. (2 years and 163 days ago)

Re-submitting...I had to replace tree because my first tree was a 3-D render. Hope all is well now!! (151 days ago)
CMYK thanks. The face model is my own image. The transformation of the image into a statue is shown in steps 1 & 2. I purposely didn't show the image completely because I have used this model before and wanted to stay anonymous. Hope this is acceptable.

Just one thing: the should probably be a bit of shadow on the roof from the tree branches. Awesome job otherwise! Reply »

some strange perspective issues author.. and where is the running water going???.. hehehe.. It's a very pretty image.. but you have to think of the angles or it confuses the eye.. the swing is sitting still yet we can see the bottom when it shoud be in line with the horizon.. stuff like that.. it's a beautiful image.. just got to polish it a bit (such a gorgeous image!!!) Reply »
Hey guys, thanks for the comments. @Golem, an old rope swing will often hang at this angle when not in use. As for the running water it's an underground spring, afterall this is a magical place.

Very sweet author.. (down the road I would clone out the XE bracelet) it's a definite eye pull but the baby is so chubby and cute that it's not that bad .. though black inside a sepia tone piece always draws the eye to it (IMHO)
Just a lovely image all round.. CAYDENCE is a cutie patootie... Reply »
Thanks Drivenslush....I totally agree, sometimes the most obvious seems to hide when you focus too close on the subject! Reply »

Thanks guys for your comments, they are greatly appreciated. I haven't participated much lately, the first of the year I lost my son in a hunting accident and my heart just hasn't been into photoshop a great deal. But we all know..photoshop is an addiction...and it's an addiction I really enjoy. Thanks again everyone!!
