| Description |
English: My grandfather was a great man. He had ultimate collection of more than 100 watches; unfortunately his collection was robbed of during trip to Singapore on a ship in 1965 (as he told me). Yesterday, on family reunion, we visited our ancient village. When I was collecting his goods, I found 2 manual watches: unfortunately the case is too damaged to be photographed, so I revealed out the machinery inside it. It is truly a mechanical wonder made up of so tiny parts, I wonder how they assembled them in those days. |
