Description
OK, I originally uploaded this as a deviation, but I felt it doesn't really fit in my gallery too well, but I still liked the shot, so I thought I might upload it as stock.
PLEASE note me that you've used it, and PLEASE don't use it for commercial purposes without asking.
Himeji Castle, Himeji, Hyogo-ken Japan
Known as the 'white crane castle', its the complete opposite in reputation to that of Matsumoto castle [link] which is known as the 'raven castle'. It exudes pureness and whiteness
Himeji is the most famous and grandeur of the 4 world heritage castles of Japan. Unfortunately I never visited Nagoya, but I did visit the other 2, Matsumoto as mentioned above, and Hikone [link]
