dental regrets

I selected the part of the toothbrush I required and pasted onto black backgd with skull. Used some text with emboss and painting effects. Painted the toothpaste on the brush.

I know it's cliched! However what appears to be grass is actually the fur of the dog's head, with colour and lighting changes. I have pasted on the tree and rock, again with lighting changes. I have painted the rest of the dog freehand, blacking most of it out to create silhouette.
