Maybe take the filters off the hand. B&W would be ok to match the box if you want to go that way, and some sort of background or light source would be nice too

source needs to be black and white like the rest of the paper

make the source image grayscale before you place it in the paper. Good luck

lower the exposure, brightness, levels.. whatever helps to make it blend in better

its easy to see where you have just cut and pasted the image onto the paper, all the adds stop mid sentence and then at bottom of paper they stick out. Not very believable as CMYK says. Maybe find a different paper to use.

if you want it to stand out put it more at the top so we can read it

Tone it down to newsprint level color and it'll be more believable...
