Author, all I wanted to say is that, even though there is nothing nice about skin afflictions, you've managed through photography to make this particular one look considerably good, and then again only IMHO, as it takes tons of photographic experience, also a keen eye for one to judge images of this kind.

I'd like this better if the color effect were based more on the real color of the bottle, but it still looks cold and refreshing on a late summer afternoon!

Not sure this fits the theme? How does he "fit" into this environment? Also... although posed.... he is not "connecting" with the camera. Not a true portrait according to goal. Try and reshoot with him looking at the camera.

If you can, do re-shoot with a tripod. The photo has promise.
