Its a little something dedicated to CorelDraw and photoshop lovers on this valentines. ;)
Here I have used a combination of two very different softwares-CorelDRAW and Photoshop. I always loved coreldraw as the best drawing software and photoshop as the best coloring software. Some people believe that this combination is not possible because of "compatibility issues". Well I am not very sure, here is a new combination. I hope u will like it.
NOTE:It is really very hard to categorize this tutorial but still I am putting it as CorelDraw tutorial...

This tutorial will teach you to draw a tree. All that u will need is a sheet(textured sheet will be the best) and 6b pencil.
-You can start with quick sketch. Just draw what u see with the lines. No shading or details needed. Quick sketching is the best way of learning forms and shapes. DON'T USE ERASER for quick sketching. I believe that the use of eraser makes you repeat your mistakes. So try to avoid eraser.
Now Quick Sketch the stem and branches of the tree in front of you. leave the space for leaves...that can be done in the shading process
-Now the shading. Don't hold the pencil like you would hold the writing pen, but lay the lead all flat on paper for shading.
Leave the areas white where ever u see direct sunlight. shade the stem darker then leaves
-Finishing the Sketch. Add the shadow of the tree on the ground. Now u will need to hold the pencil like a pen for the textures of the stem. draw small small lines over the shaded stem and your tree will be ready.
