I'd see this as ontopic (as DS said, the car is untouched). What I might change here is the shinyness from the car. The idea is to replace the original texture (metal from the car) for -in this case- canvas (or whatever the shoe's made of). The shoe texture is not shiny, therefore right now the texture looks more like a print on a metallic surface than actual canvas. For the rest well done. Good luck!

I do agree with Mossy ... the moon takes away from the wonderful work you have done on the boat.

The water looks frozen for winter, so no reflection would necessarily be seen, particularly if the sky is overcast...

I would make the sky above summer a more intense cyan blue, to differentiate it from the overcast winter sky. Although there are summer clouds, they are obscuring too much summer sky, so you may have to replace some of them with a summer sky image cloned in.

The sea of clouds is cool!
The faded oversized moon is problematic. It is too dark to work as a light source for the clouds, much less the image. If you want it that large, yes it will dominate the scene, but you need to have it at least as bright as the brightest clouds in your image for visual consistency.

Normally, the fire is brighter close to the source of the fire where the heat is maximum. So, from the center, the order of colors should be white --> yellow --> red. Sometimes you see the blue colors, it means something was burned more efficient, so more heat is released (more than white fire).
