The shadows are too heavy, breaking up the ground, and making the "levitation" very hard to make out.

Great photo, but the windshield adds nothing to the composition, and detracts from the beautiful sky and almost abstract colors and shapes of the car. I'd crop most of it off, and let the right side of the photo shine on its own.
