The idea is ok but the result gives me a overuse of filters message.

I don't really get what you're mad about:
- comments discouraging authors ?
-stock sites that want you to pay? ( like those bastards from photoexpress who no longer give free stocks to new users)
- this site's guidelines ?
- the grammar of the English language ? ( you should see French grammar!)

Anyways, good luck with your protest, i would however take all these issues one by one:
one poor entry for comments , one entry for stock and so on.

Extremely minimal use of source. Most of this seems to be 3D renders. You didn't even need the source to make this.

Too dark overall, and the light striking the foot doesn't match the "setting sun" effect BEHIND the mountains...
Nice work on the bigfoot, but it can't be fully appreciated when it's just dark and muddled looking.

Yes but does just reimaging a 3d render to get a better resolution constitute a photo shopped image, imho it does not and that is all the author has done it seems to me.

At first glance I didn't care for the blank grey background...but as I look at this, it's a lot more striking this way than had you put some background behind it. Nice work, author!!

I really love this concept.. wonderful Dada Piece.. I love when someone uses a 3d render and transforms it into PS so well.. they have a wonderful texture...(your SBS is a tad bit lacking but I can tell you made this all yourself and that is jUst AWESOME.. good luck)

This is nice & original, but that sky looks really bad You could have used a real pic in Photoshop, or at least blur it so it won't seem pixelated.
