Almost like an illustration and also a good one. I like the color tones of the whole piece and how you created the 'tumor' without shape constrained, it looks horrifying.
The minus point is some mismatched shadows. The light bulb is likely to be above the center of the bed, so the light should comes out from that point. The monster is partly on the bed, so you can't see it's shadow outside the bed like the one on the left of the image. Also, there shouldn't be the highlight on the right side of the bed since the light comes from the other side.
