From the blured scooter, I get the feeling of rushing to get out of the rain, and the lighting of the over all scene reminds me of Happy Hour...Cheers !

I feel it's a little washed out on the left side, but in H/R I love the way the slow exposure capures the streaks of rain.

It , IS a Happy rain. The sun is shinning and illuminates the rain drops.

Nice symmetry, and DOF. Would be greatly improved with a little crop off the bottom.....IMO

Only thing I would suggest is to put a little shadow where the Zebra hands are holding the human arm. Looks too flat right now. Really great tho. Good luck !
