I am not sure if this is on topic but since it is a "car" and it was painted (art) so here it is.

At the risk of being starting some controversy over this I will explain: These are actual members of our Fire/Rescue Search And Rescue (SAR) team. They are "employed" by our department the same way Police K9 dogs are for the police. They are in uniform and ready for work.

Littletown, USA

This "little town" is a loose mock up of some building types we have in our town. We use these buildings at work for training. We "simulate" different scenarios (a fire shown here) and then simulate tactics, command, etc. as we would in a real life scenario.
