I cut the holes with pen, placed one of my backgrounds underneath and erased unneeded parts, then I pasted picture from Philippines on the right and one from Hong Kong on the left (I'm right beneath the statue, but you can't see me). I changed the floor to black with a pen (new layer), added yellow ...
I made a copy of the image, played little bit with levels, then I set it's blending to saturation, then I pasted my niece's lips over it, soft brushed eraser to blend. Then I started to google for glasses, but decided to make 'em from scratch, last thing I did was make the eyes little bit more vibra...
