In my line of work, I've touched up a lot of people's photos - This is an image of myself taken by my friend who was with me at the bird store that day..taken with my little Canon Powershot. A lot can be accomplished with a light smudge tool to move neck and chin lines back into youthful place...and a low opacity paint brush loaded by a dropper selection of the skintone, can cover skin discolorations and wrinkles galore.
