nice image and blend -- like the reflection -- a few stray pixels in the hair around the chin and a bit of a rough edge on the right shell

For the edges of the brook I have used the edge of the pond with copy and it glues I have modified them with tool it alters.

I think some perspective to the water inside the frame would help make it more believable; would like to see a high res image too!!
Maybe a few extra rocks to the sides so that they dont look like they are floating
bring them close to the edge of image.
