Nice work, but there are lots of different sources with lots of different colours, i suggest creating a mew layer and fill it with a dark-ish blue, then set it to "Soft Light" and reducing the opacity to 20-30%, this will help the colours match up.

Good concept and choice of images. It would be nice if the clouds at the bottom would be more like the clouds at the top. Some gaussian or motion blurr would help.

Mayby you should remove the black spots on the floor a bit, or make the shadow of the tower more visible, anyway I can see you have put a lot of effort in this work
