i agree with annimax on the thought bubble...everything(besides the skeleton) seems a little too bright and happy for a poster for this topic...Good Luck!
There isnt written anywhere that a poster of this topic has to be depressing... Its upto you how you make it... Happy or Sad or both at the same time.
