Thanks for the advice guys. I've removed the poster effect and instead applied a Gaussian blur faded to darken. Let me know what you think.

Very dramatic mood. The dinosaur seems to be lit from a different direction than the people. The brightness of the dinosaur's reflection is inconsistent with the darkness of the dinosaur itself. Where is all the brightness in the sky that the water is reflecting?
