The cover image doesn't really say pxleyes to me - the background definitely has potential. I would also avoid having a lot of empty space whilst having text overlapping the image.

You're missing an 'A' in the word 'Magazine'. Unless it is in fact...'Magzine'.

Definitely better - more pxleyes now - thanks author. A tweak to the RHS of "pxlarts" to get the lettering to stand out a bit more wouldn't go amiss, but good job!

as an idea maybe you could have gone with the top pic being of the flower and the bottom pic being the photoshopped version of the flower just an idea. Also there are no source links for the painted flower... is it yours or someone else's?
