Foreground pic (car) should be as sharp as the original source pic if you're gonna blur the background...show the source for the tire iron, too.
thanks CMYK... I'll try and work with the sharpness and have an edited version up asap...as for the tire iron thats just the paint brush and rectangular marquee...lol

Thanks to Brybs for the other avocado.
Masked out all of the other source except the hole.
Transformed the hole to fit the pit using scale, distort and warp.
Then used color match to adjust the color. Overlaid with a brightness layer mask to enhance the depth of the hole.
Used pen tool to edge the hole and stroked the path with a gray brush to get a better edge to the hole and adjusted the opacity to get the look I wanted (5 years and 3590 days ago)
with work at the level, you really should supply an SBS, this would make a fantastic tutorial that others could learn a great deal from...Good luck and good work

Very cool and otherworldly. Good title for this, and LOL @'rinse and repeat'.
Maybe fewer stars or lower opacity on some, but I like your concept, and design for the breathing apparatus.
Looks good! All I might suggest would be to soften some of the hard edges visible in high res.

pearlie ,thank you for the star suggestion. I lowered opacity a little but you never know how many people out there have dim monitors (If you know what I mean..LOL)
