Good idea. You could make the sign with a piece of wood from the tree and give it a brown colour. The sign looks a little weird in high res.

lvstealth: Thank you , I haven't noticed that I've mised the bottom left corner ( wrongshaddow? or white corner sticking out - forgot to erase this part)
I have created this sign myself - using the rectangular marque tool ( 3 layers - the bottom layer was shifted a bit to the left and the 3 rd top layer was filled with the white paint), applied shaddow effect to the bootm layer and erased corners of all layers and changed (using eraser) shape a bit to make sign looks like a piece of wood. White paint (what I forgot to erase - the bottom left corner - under the "To Let' sign is blurry brush and opacity).

The idea is funny, but make sure if you can use the owl source. If not, and you have to look for another source, also try to look for a high res image, so the owl will look less pixelated. Good luck!

Bad shadows...looks like 3 different light sources, but the mood is good.

Tough one given that this is surrealism, but this looks a bit more like placement of random images than a really surreal image (just imho). The colours all blend well and I love the watermelon , just fix the shadows

@Ray Tedwell: I see it. The empty chair represents (his) absense. The Owl represents his flight. The watermelon represents the sweetness of her memory of him. The hand is the persistance of this memory as it hangs over her head. Not random at all IMHO. Very nice work, Author.

downoffthedragon i have to say only one thing...u hit the center of the target.U are right about all things,and i am sure that u see another thing too.See how she look on opposite direction of all sources,3 items are behind her,and one is above her,and this is her representation of sadness.Great eye,and fantastic thinking,thank u a lot,means a lot for me.Nator u are right about the shadow,i will fix that and thanks again for the nice comment.
