@rbrum, it's a surreal, with your way of thinking, he should also have a central nervous system, a human head, hands not egg sacs and much less pimp taste in clothing. Part of the reason I bent the reflection so much to the side was to enhance the surrealism even more (the imagination travels into the reflection as well, it doesn't have to follow the rules of realism)

Try thinking of Peter Pan's Shadow and how desperately it tried to escape. Without the shadow NOT following the rules, Peter and Wendy would have never met.

the hands are odd. and...i'm stuck on this "butcher" thing thats happened in two entries. cows are vegetarians. flat teeth. no canines. what use do they have for meat? and...if they eat meat, would they be "mad cow"'s ?

Not bad at all, but according to the text not threatening enough, imo. What if you change it a little bit that i.e. the wife (I guess) demands from her hubby to be more a helping hand at home instead of help his friends to get rid of money that has been spent on beer and such? And then the hand is from one of his friends. Just an idea . Good luck!
