i had fun with this, i was going for a kinda surreal image. I used loads of images for inspiration

Cut paste burn dodge warp hue and saturation smudge blur brush.

Played around wid some brushes.
Enhanced the image quality by applying some curves and brought up a HDR look by using the image enhancements.
