D: Just got Photoshop like a week ago so I apologize if you guys don't like it :)

I only used the source Image,
I used the bathroom tile with added perspective to make the sea, I also changed some colors and used the cloud effect.

Just use the liquify for the effect ... but here's a tip .. use it alittle at a time...

Helps if you got a cat as well so you can see how they behave then add 'Artistic Licence!"
