The Dept. Of Defense and Bio-Tech Engineering, Inc. have released another news bulletin stating that due to unforeseen circumstances, the second in a series of bio-mechanical weapons has been prematurely released. The DoD and Bio-Tech have reiterated that there is no need for alarm and that citizens should remain in their homes for approximately the next twenty years. They add that they apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
