First I selected the lips, I changed the colour, in new layer -> Satin, i did this twice. Then I used a brain pattern and applied the lips, using Move Tool, and adjusted the size and position of the lips, I used merge layers. Then I made a new layer which I painted, then Filter -> Distort -> Pinch. After that I placed the head. Over the head layer I placed the Coffee_brain layer and adjusted size. funny idea, i like the elephant in the sand, but the proportions with the mouse are all wrong...I would fix that or remove the mouse for good 
Not bad, but you lost the elephant's eye and you need to shrink the mouse...
Edit: Might have been good to keep the mouse...fix the shadows.

Theme: Planet rings could not form on different gravitational lines inside the same out imaginary sphere unless there was a spacial disruption when they cross over each other

If you ever had a class trip where you went to a Planetarium there was always that one kid with a note from his mother that warned that he must be sat next to the exit.. just in case he got nauseous during the presentation and had to... well blow chunks..
that was me, the second they swirled the stars I was off and running to the porcelain god to make a contribution (still can't eat in a moving restaurant and I didn't have enough nerve to enter the Seattle Space needle)
So I created a very solid unmoving image, as if you were viewing the head of a pin with your feet sealed in concrete (5 years and 3519 days ago)
