olivia, some places call them goose BUMPS others call them goose PIMPLES (thus the PEOPLES title) but my favorite was from my friend from Norwich, England.. she would call them goose FLESH, when a fowl is plucked it has all those bumps, thus goose flesh when you are cold or frightened

Looks quite natural, well done! Perhaps a little bit of shading for the "fishes" around the head and belly (light comes from up left), but right now it's already believable. Good luck!
