You should be afraid of this monster! ;)
In this picture, I have used Stamp tool to draw extra mouthes. And I have used lasso tool and transform tool to make the third eye. Soem saturation and contrast too...

Well, I just did image+adjustments+replace color and calculated the color I want. In this case, I choose violet for this frog.
