There are still some areas where the fish has retained some of the original background... get rid of them and it'll be a great entry.. (maybe also try to liquify the waterline to make it a little bumpier)

I feel that boat needs a dark reflection on the water, like the pier and the rocks.
Agree with Erikuri...the boat doesn't look like it's really in the water...(probably because the source pic was shot on land)...good mood, though.
Fantastic image author...maybe with colors like this u could try to transform sky in some kind of brownish...any how i like this creation so much...best of luck
