Very funny idea! A few things to note. Based on the lighting you've established the side of the penguins facing us would be in pretty heavy shadow instead of well lit. I know you may have chosen to leave them lighter to help the image read better but I think it would benefit by darkening them a little. Are there sources for this?
needs a few features attended to ( nudanke has highlighted) .. love the creation over all. fun image.
