IMO, the lights inside the window are too bright, I would use the source light from the outside landscape to make a backlit. Just a suggestion.

I think white dressed image should be little bit transparent. Hair & hair band
didn't merged.

Thanks, I followed the suggestions, I think this is better, I'm working on a 13" laptop, so it can be hard to tell sometimes.
