This kind of work is highly underrated on this site. But not by me. Excellent. Perhaps just a tad more shading inside near the inside bottom of the cup would be great! Is there an SBS?

Coffee in the Membrane - created by cristina
First I selected the lips, I changed the colour, in new layer -> Satin, i did this twice. Then I used a brain pattern and applied the lips, using Move Tool, and adjusted the size and position of the lips, I used merge layers. Then I made a new layer which I painted, then Filter -> Distort -> Pinch. After that I placed the head. Over the head layer I placed the Coffee_brain layer and adjusted size.
