cut out head image and pasted onto rushmore image. blended with erase tool and adjusted with hue saturation tool.

This is second time I adding to this contest because I did a double entry because of network problem. One entry is there for the same but that is not in my account.

Back ground rain: - Add new folder, fill with black colour, filter - sketch - graphic pen, then motion blur and screen mode.

Boarder filled with PS pattern and add shadow, burn.

I wanted to change the material but I couldn't change it in the tutorial itself so I'm putting it here. No need to vote on it. Hope this is ok with the Mods
