Back ground rain: - Add new folder, fill with black colour, filter - sketch - graphic pen, then motion blur and screen mode.

You've made the background look flat, and the shadow needs to be rotated about 90 degrees clockwise to match the light source...

Corrected the colours, enhanced some detail, and sharpened the image. Beginner changes perhaps, but then the beast appeared in an explosion and charged! (5 years and 3451 days ago)
the original source didn't require any of these changes imo
I agree, it seems far too simple, perhaps give it something interesting or eyecatching, or try to watch and read some tutorials to expand your knowledge. Good luck!
in the rules guidelines it states:: Don't submit FILTER ONLY works. You need to change the image or add something to it.
I'm assuming you made the beast after the comments were made? it's interesting effect you've created though.

Yes, the model's pose is good. But perhaps it will be better if the background is tree with falling leaves, and the girl is trying to catch the last leaves ... But, that's just a suggestion :P GL!
