(the Carnivorous apple, though very fun, has become a bit of a hackneyed image in photoshop)
Putting it on the body of a model might help, or integrating it into a jungle atmosphere etc.. etc.. or eating a planet. Possibilities are endless. This will help you get a higher score.
You did a very fine job, but without a high res or a step by step the work is not appreciated and people will vote accordingly.

Android vs. Apple - created by wizardcopy
Which side are you on? When I looked at the lemon picture all I could see was the android logo. So I ran with it. Most of the content is manipulated stock except the slices and bandana. I couldn't find any sources of lemon/lime slices in a good quality and correct angle so I decided to just draw them myself. The slices were hand drawn then used the plastic wrap to help give them more definition and realism. (5 years and 2561 days ago)
